HPIRC State Office
Located in Honolulu, in the Island of Oahu, a PACT Program
Schools/Communities served: The State PIRC helps create and drive a statewide effort of parental involvement to improve academic achievement, especially with the most vulnerable groups of parents and students. HPIRC helps shape parent involvement policy and practice statewide, thus impacting parents, and therefore student achievement, statewide.
Kuhio Park Terrace Family Center
Located in Honolulu, in the Island of Oahu, a PACT Program
Schools/Communities served: Kuhio Park Terrace community and Farrington Complex target schools: Linapuni Elementary, Fern Elementary, Kalihi Waena Elementary, and Kalihi Kai Elementary.
Community Technology Center
Located in Honolulu, in the Island of Oahu, a PACT Program
Schools/Communities served: Kuhio Park Terrace community and Farrington Complex target schools: Linapuni Elementary, Fern Elementary, Kalihi Waena Elementary, and Kalihi Kai Elementary.
Kaneohe Community Family Center
Located in Kaneohe, in the Island of Oahu, a PACT Program
Schools/Communities served: Castle Complex Schools (Ahuimanu Elementary, Benjamin Parker Elementary, J.B. Castle High, Heeia Elementary, Kahaluu Elementary, Kapunahala Elementary, Puohala Elementary, Samuel W. King Intermediate and Waiahole Elementary)
KEY Project Family Community Center
Located in Kaneohe, in the Island of Oahu, a KEY PROJECT Program
Schools/Communities served: Kahalu`u School and the Kahalu`u community.

Located in Kailua-kona, in the Island of hawaii, a FSSWH Program
Schools/Communities served: West Hawai'i Complex Schools (Holualoa Elem., Kealakehe Elem., Kahakai Elem., Kealakehe Intermediate, Kealakehe High)
Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngster (HIPPY)
Located in Kailua-kona, in the Island of hawaii, a FSSWH Program
Communities served: Caregivers of young children ages 3 to 5 years old in the the Kealakehe, Kahakai and Ka’u School districts.
